Present there were scientists, technicians, workers, teachers, researchers, three-revolution team members and officials of more than 20 units such as provincial telecommunication management bureaus, industrial establishments under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology and University of Sciences.

Presented there were at least 300 valuable papers conducive to ensuring speed and security of communications through the dynamic struggle for putting communication on a modern, IT and scientific bases.

The participants introduced successes and experience gained in the work to develop communications of the country true to the Party's plan and intention and exchanged views on the issues arising in generalizing them.
