Upon hearing the news of the successful DPRK's nuclear warhead explosion test, Prime Minister of Japan Abe at the extraordinary Diet session said that "it is a blatant challenge to the international community and unpardonable," crying out for "resolutely countering it in solidarity with the international community."

The gentries of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan cooked up even items of its independent sanctions such as expanding the list of re-entry of officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) after visiting their homeland to be banned, restricting money remittance and thoroughly blocking trade with the DPRK via third country and are working hard to enforce the items.

The House of Representatives and the House of Councillors of the Diet adopted a "protest resolution" over the DPRK's nuclear test for self-defence, vociferating about the shameful past history of Japan in which it fell victim to A-bomb explosion.

The statement ridiculed this as a poor behavior of the Japanese reactionaries internationally branded as a political dwarf.

What merits serious attention is that the Japanese reactionaries' anti-DPRK racket is an extremely grave political provocation as it is aimed at stamping out Chongryon, overseas citizens' organization of the dignified DPRK, and threatening the vital rights of Koreans in Japan, the statement said, and went on:

The sinister intention of the Japanese reactionaries is to put spurs to Japan's militarization and realize its old dream of "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" at any cost.

The Japanese reactionaries' all sorts of unethical and inhumane actions to suppress and stifle Chongryon and Koreans in Japan are unpardonable provocations against the DPRK.

The Japanese authorities had better behave with decorum, bearing in mind that their more reckless anti-DPRK, anti-Chongryon moves would only precipitate their most miserable final ruin in their own land.
