The message said the officials and activists of branches of Chongryon (the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan) have made a great contribution to laying the strong foundation to firmly defend Chongryon, patriotic legacy of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu, build a Korean community pervaded with the Juche character and national character and usher in a fresh heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan.

It stressed the need for chiefs and members of Chongryon branches to solidify all the branches as bloodline linking the socialist motherland and Koreans in Japan with compatriotic feelings and patriotic and reliable pillars true to the idea and leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un and take the lead in ushering in a new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan.

It called for uniting all compatriots close around Chongryon and generalizing successes and experience gained in the 100-day campaign oriented to the conference of Chongryon branches and more dynamically waging the movement for creating patriotic models in the new heyday by the method of one person motivating ten and ten persons motivating 100.
