| Pyongyang, November 5 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho Friday sent a congratulatory message to Workneh Gebeyehu upon his appointment as foreign minister of Ethiopia. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in various fields and wished him success in his new job. |
