The DPRK's nuclear tests and ballistic rocket test-fire are the righteous option for self-defence to cope with the U.S. nuclear threats that have lasted for over half a century and its satellite launch is a legitimate right of a sovereign state recognized internationally.

The U.S. should understand that it would be wise to stop sanctions against the DPRK and withdraw its hostile policy toward the latter, facing up to the strategic position of Songun Korea equipped with highly developed nuclear strike means through self-reliance and self-development.
