Forestry stations and mine-pillar producers under the South Phyongan Provincial Forestry Management Bureau paved ways for haulage of timbers and built lodgings near felling places.

Jagang, South Hamgyong, North Phyongan and Kangwon provincial forestry management bureaus also made achievements in laying material and technical foundations for the campaign.
