S. Korean Paper Demands Park Geun Hye Step Down

| Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- Voice of People, an internet paper of south Korea, in an editorial on Nov. 7 said that more than 300,000 citizens took to the street at weekend, shouting "president, resign". Park Geun Hye's "apology" on Oct. 25 sparked off a demonstration of 100,000 citizens and her "talk" on Nov. 4 caused actions of 300,000 citizens, the editorial said, adding the people are demanding the resignation of Park. The editorial went on: The situation has already been pushed to the phase of the June resistance and the April 19 revolution. Park should step down of her own accord. This is the best option for her. |
