People's security persons built a dike with 40,000 cubic meters of earth only in a week, carried out the excavation of 350 cubic meters for revetment in one day and gathered 5,000 cubic meters of rubble stones to finish the embankment along the Tuman River in 500 meter-long section in a little more than ten days.
