They held a press conference outside the Lawyers House in Seoul on the same day and issued a declaration on the situation signed by more than 3,200 lawyers.

The declaration said that a tiny handful of forces privatized the power and used it as a means of accumulation.

The disclosed "Park Geun Hye, Choe Sun Sil scandal" is no more than a tip of iceberg, it said, adding that thorough probe into the truth should be made and those involved in the scandal should be punished.
