According to information released by the puppet Agency of Statistics on Nov. 9, the number of jobless people in October increased 10 percent as compared with that in the corresponding month of last year.

The south Korean Newsis said the jobless rate was an all-time high in 11 years which is attributable to the restructuring pushed forward by the "government".
