According to data available, tens of kilometers of roads were constructed, hundreds of kilometers of roads improved, tens of bridges built and hundreds of kilometers of embankments repaired throughout the country during the autumn period of the general mobilization for land administration.

In Yonsa County of flood-hit North Hamgyong Province, servicepersons finished the Yonsa Bridge project and the 1,500-meter-long embankment in a short span of time.

South Hamgyong Province carried out the project for filling earth of 110,000 cubic meters and excavating bedrock and earth of 443,000 cubic meters to improve roads extending 80-odd kilometers in a little more than two months.
