The film deals with the revolutionary leadership history of supreme leader Kim Jong Un who inspired service personnel and people across the country to the drive for building a powerful socialist country and demonstrated the dignity of Juche Korea and its national power on the highest stage with his energetic leadership day and night.

Officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea watched the film together with the participants in the congress.
