Recalling that the Park Geun Hye regime initialed an agreement on protecting military intelligence with Japan on Nov. 14, the editorial said Japan is persistently seeking military expansion and watching for a chance to exercise the "right to collective self-defense" on the Korean peninsula in contingency.

It urged the "government" to stop at once the moves to conclude the agreement and follow the order of citizens.
