Soldier-builders of the Korean People's Army finished the construction of dwelling houses in a short span of time and launched the project all at once.

They worked such miracle as building up with over 1,100,000 cubic meters of earth, a thousands meters-long dike along the Tuman River and dikes extending more than ten thousands meters along streams in a little more than 10 days.
