Halt to Conclusion of Agreement on Protecting Military Intelligence with Japan Demanded
Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- The Committee for Study of U.S. Forces Issue of the Bar Association for Democratic Society in south Korea issued a statement on Nov. 15 denouncing the authorities for initialing the agreement on protecting military intelligence with Japan, according to Tongil News, a south Korean online paper.

Park Geun Hye has no authority to sign the treaty as she lost the trust of the people, and more intolerable is that she tries to press for military cooperation with Japan, the statement said.

The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification in south Korea held a rally at Kwanghwamun that day opposing the THAAD deployment and the conclusion of the said agreement.

The Council for the Solution of the Issue of the Volunteers Corps in south Korea held a Wednesday rally outside the Japanese Embassy in Seoul on Nov. 16 at which it demanded an immediate halt to the conclusion of the agreement.

Present there were more than ten organizations.

The organizations in a statement demanded an immediate halt to the conclusion of the agreement, the "Ulsa (1905) Five-point Treaty" in the 21st century, urging Park Geun Hye to step down.
