2017-2019 Plan of Cultural Exchange Signed between DPRK and Algeria

| Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- A 2017-2019 plan of cultural exchange between the governments of the DPRK and Algeria was signed in El Djazair on Monday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Choe Hyok Chol, DPRK ambassador to Algeria, and members of his embassy and from the opposite side were the Algerian minister of Culture and other officials concerned. The ambassador and the minister signed the plan. |
