Bird Flu Spreads in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- Bird flu occurred in Haenam County of South Jolla Province and Umsong County of North Chungchong Province of south Korea on Nov. 16 and 17, according to the south Korean KBS. It was reported that more than 62,000 chickens and ducks were culled in two counties. Avian influenza virus from migratory birds was found in Iksan City, North Jolla Province. |
