Participants in Sixth Congress of DWUK Visit Various Places
Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- The participants in the Sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea (DWUK) visited the Phyongchon Revolutionary Site. It is associated with the leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung who chose the site of the first ordinance factory in the liberated country and took the untrodden path of the munitions industry.

They visited the historic site associated with the Fatherland Liberation War. They went round the supreme command post and other places of the site associated with the feats the President performed in winning the victory in the war.

They also went round the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery.

They laid bouquets on the wreath-laying stand and observed a moment's silence in memory of the hero soldiers.

They also visited the Sci-Tech Complex, photo exhibition marking the Sixth Congress of the DWUK, exhibition of achievements made by the women's union and the exhibition of consumer goods made by the women's union members. They enjoyed colorful cultural and emotional life at the Nature Museum, Central Zoo and the Munsu Water Park.
