Kim Jong Sun, chairwoman of the C.C., the women's union, in a speech said that supreme leader Kim Jong Un made sure that birthday spreads were provided for the participants greeting their birthdays during the congress.

She called upon all the participants to bear in mind this glory of today, carry out the tasks set forth in the letter sent by Kim Jong Un and thus make a positive contribution to strengthening the women's union into the revolutionary organization remaining loyal to the idea and cause of the Workers' Party of Korea.
