However, the country was unfazed and successfully launched the first satellite Kwangmyongsong-1 and emerged as a fully-fledged nuclear giant possessed of even H-bomb.

A key to all victories won by the DPRK is that it is led by the outstanding leader and that the service members and civilians are firmly united behind him.

Thanks to the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il, the Korean people have reliably defended their social system despite the worst adversities and provided a springboard for the building of a powerful socialist country.

The service members and other people of the DPRK who are single-mindedly united around leader Kim Jong Un are performing world-startling miracles and victories in succession.
