Overseas Korean Women's Delegations Feted
Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- A reception was given in honor of the overseas Korean women's delegations to the Sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea at the People's Palace of Culture on Monday thanks to the care of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Present there on invitation were a delegation of the Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan led by Nam Ju Hyon, vice-chairperson of its Central Standing Committee, a delegation of women officials of the General Association of Koreans in China led by Ri Sun Nam, chairperson of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China, and other overseas Koreans.

Attending it were Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea; Kim Myong Suk, vice-chairwoman of the Central Committee of the women's union; Kim Jin Guk, director of the Agency of Overseas Korean Affairs; and other officials concerned.

Kim Yong Chol said in his speech Kim Jong Un made sure that a reception was arranged in honor of the overseas Korean women's delegations.

He expressed belief that overseas Korean women would cherish as ever faith that victory is always in store as there is Kim Jong Un and leave traces of worthwhile lives on the road of sacred struggle for the prosperity of the motherland and the reunification of the country.

Nam Ju Hyon and Ri Sun Nam said they were deeply moved by such loving care and benevolence Kim Jong Un showed for Korean women overseas as inviting them to attend the congress.

They expressed the will to dynamically push one of the two wheels of the chariot of the overseas Koreans movement of Juche, holding high the letter sent by Kim Jong Un as an immortal programme.
