S. Korean University Students Enter into Emergency Action for Park Geun Hye's Resignation

Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- The Measure Committee of University Students for Nullifying South Korea-Japan Agreement on Comfort Women for Imperial Japanese Army in south Korea held a press conference in Seoul on Nov. 21 and launched a 24-hour emergency action for checking the conclusion of the agreement on protecting military intelligence with Japan and for resignation of Park Geun Hye, according to the south Korean online paper Tongil News.

At the press conference the speakers recalled that meetings for deciding the draft agreement which was initialed on Nov. 14 as the full-dress agreement are to be held in Tokyo and Seoul on Nov. 22.

They declared they would enter into a 24-hour emergency action of university students for checking the conclusion of the agreement and urging Park to resign outside Chongwadae till the time when the "state council meeting" for deciding the draft agreement as the full-dress agreement is to be held on Nov. 22.

Meanwhile, the People's Action for Peace against War held a candlelight rally in Seoul on the same day demanding Park's resignation and made a demo march as part of actions opposing the conclusion of the agreement.
