The agreement is due to be concluded formally within this month after going through the puppet vice-ministerial meeting and "state council meeting" and getting the approval of the "president".

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says it is a despicable act of committing treason by taking advantage of the confusion created in the political situation due to the thrice-cursed political scandal.

The main purpose sought by the puppet military gangsters in concluding the above-said agreement is to step up the formation of the triangular military alliance with the U.S. and Japan and realize the ambition for invading the north with the backing of their masters.

It is also aimed to save traitor Park Geun Hye from the abyss of ruin in which she is now finding herself due to the hideous political scandal.

Such moves for concluding the agreement are the heinous act of treachery pursuant to the wire-pulling and despicable political intrigue of Park to stifle the fellow countrymen and tide over her ruling crisis.
