Intelligent Servo Actuator Developed in DPRK

Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- The Control Machine Institute under the DPRK State Academy of Sciences developed an intelligent and universal servo actuator, which ensures high performance while needing less cost in production.

This new servo actuator is applicable to the putting of lathe, milling machine, grinder and other machine tools on a CNC basis and the processes controlled by electromotor.

It has been already introduced to vertical lathe and milling machine at the Taean Heavy Machine Complex.

Its development provides a solid foundation for further raising the country's world competitiveness in the field of CNC technology.
