The preparatory committee decided to organize multifarious political and cultural events for praising the revolutionary careers and feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on the major occasions and form a committee for remembering Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of his demise and hold a remembrance meeting, film show, etc. as the first step in doing so.
