Attending it, sponsored by the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea, were officials, teachers, researchers, technicians and graduate students of Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the Education Commission, the State Academy of Sciences and other units.

More than 110 papers were introduced at the presentation, divided into panels of educational information, sci-tech information and computer technology. They deal with achievements made in the researches to putting the education on a modern and IT basis of higher level.

Exchanged were successes and experience gained in the researches to help students possess an extensive knowledge by putting the teaching and experiments and practical training on an IT basis, increase their ability of theoretical recognition and scientific research and improve the educational conditions and environment.
