The 197th joint meeting on the "agreement on the U.S. forces' status in south Korea" held in Seoul discussed the issue of raising electricity rate for the U.S. imperialist aggressors present in south Korea but it was turned down and the south Korean side agreed to receive much lower rate than what is paid by the dwelling houses and ordinary institutions in south Korea.

The "special group to visit the U.S." made up of lawmakers from the "Saenuri Party" plans to fly into the U.S. on Dec. 5 to hold a bargaining over the issue of upkeep of the U.S. forces in south Korea with the new U.S. administration.

The puppet forces are foolish guys as they kowtow to these gangsters, even providing funds collected from the people as taxes, far from driving them out of south Korea.

Such group of traitors can never be pardoned as they do not turn even a hair while offer those funds to their master just to please him.
