Attending it were Kim Mun Chol, chairman of the C.C., Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, disabled persons and their families, working people in the city, staff members of foreign embassies and international bodies' missions here and overseas compatriots.

At the meeting, its participants watched a video introducing the achievements made in the work to protect the disabled in 2016 and enjoyed a performance given by members of an art group of disabled persons.

The performers showed the happy and optimistic life of disabled persons in the DPRK, who realize their hopes and cultivate their skills to the full under the socialist system.
