The work, published on Dec. 5, Juche 80 (1991), clarifies the essence and importance of carrying forward the revolutionary traditions and the principles and tasks and ways for doing so.

The revolutionary traditions of Juche are the historic roots of the Workers' Party of Korea and the revolution and their bloodline, and they serve as a banner for socialist Korea's eternal victory, the article says, adding;

The victorious advance of the Korean revolution which has greeted the period of a new leap forward in carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche is a continuation of the dynamic march toward Mt. Paektu made under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The Korean revolution was victoriously pioneered and has made a triumphant advance under the banner of the Juche idea, the Songun idea and always emerged victorious thanks to the revolutionary spirit of Mt. Paektu and the noble fighting spirit which fully embodied it.

The revolutionary traditions of Juche remain unchanged no matter how much water may flow under the bridge. They serve as the most precious treasure for the army and people of the DPRK who should make a long journey of the revolution.

Socialist Korea of Juche will dynamically advance toward the final victory thanks to the leadership of the great party carrying forward and developing the revolutionary traditions of Juche, the historic roots and eternal cornerstone of the Korean revolution, and to the heroic army and people fighting full of firm confidence and spirit of Mt. Paektu.
