At the plenary session the head of the delegation referred to the achievements made by the Korean people in building a socialist power under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un and the principled stand of the DPRK government to protect peace and security on the Korean peninsula.

A resolution on establishing an efficient peace system to protect peace and security on the Korean peninsula was adopted at the session.

During the session, the delegation paid a courtesy call on the president of the Parliament of Cambodia and it had talks with the general secretary of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
