The UNSC is acting under the control of the U.S., the statement pointed out, saying:

The U.S. and its followers cooked up the "sanctions resolution" to violate the sovereignty and dignity of the Korean people, and this showed once again that the UNSC is a disguised union of big powers and imperialists.

The progressive mankind know well that the UN has failed to discharge its duty and turned into a tool serving the imperialists from long go.

They also clearly see that the powerful nuclear deterrence of the DPRK is to protect the country and people.

The UNSC has no right to ban the exercise of the rights of a sovereign country such as measures for bolstering up defence capability including nuclear test.

The fabrication of the "sanctions resolution" is an act against the Korean people and it is aimed to stifle the DPRK.

We support the demand of non-aligned countries and other UN member nations for immediate reform of the UNSC, which is abused as a political tool of big powers reigning over international law.
