S. Korean NA Slammed for Passing Draft Military Budget

Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification in south Korea on Dec. 5 issued a commentary protesting the "National Assembly's" unreasonable act of passing the draft military budget for next year with main emphasis on the introduction of weapons for aggression, according to a media report.

The military budget increased four percent over this year's, the commentary noted, terming it an act that shunned society exposed to difficulties.

It criticized that the NA followed the policy of putting the Korean peninsula at peril through the introduction of all types of weapons for executing the strategy for a preemptive attack on the north.
