Performance by Winners of Art Festival of Agricultural Workers

| Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- A performance titled "We Will Follow Marshal to the End of the Earth" was given at the People's Palace of Culture here on Friday by the winners of the national art festival of agricultural workers celebrating the 8th Congress of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea. Attending the performance were members of art groups from primary organizations of the union in various farms across the country. Its numbers included poem "General and Our Migok Field" and female solo and chorus "Our Dear Marshal". The performers praised President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for having brought a great turn in the socialist rural construction and showed the agricultural workers' deep reverence and heart-felt gratitude to supreme leader Kim Jong Un for indicating the bright road to be followed by the union. They also well represented the joy of peasants leading a happy life in modern villages. The performance was enjoyed by the participants in the 8th UAWK Congress. |
