Supreme leader Kim Jong Un saw to it that the congress was convened and sent a letter to its participants.

The letter serves as undying guidelines for strengthening the union and implementing the party's idea of building socialist farm and accomplishing the cause of socialism of Juche, true to the program for modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

Those who took the floor at the workshop underlined the need for all participants of the congress to deeply grasp the main idea and contents of the letter sent by Kim Jong Un and referred to the practical ways for building the union into a revolutionary and militant organization remaining true to the idea and cause of the Workers' Party of Korea by modeling the whole union on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

They stressed the need for all participants to bear deep in mind the letter of Kim Jong Un and fulfill their duty in the struggle for modeling the whole union on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and carrying out the Party's far-reaching plan for socialist rural construction.
