In the message the president said that he, on behalf of the Ugandan government and people, together with the Korean people, highly appreciates the exploits Kim Jong Il, the eternal leader of the DPRK, performed for the Korean and other people of the world and his great life.

He said that Kim Jong Il had performed distinguished feats in the work to achieve the political, economic and social development of the DPRK and provide happiness of the Korean people.
