Overseas Koreans Demand Park Geun Hye's Resignation

| Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Overseas compatriots living in Japan, the U.S., China, Russia, Canada and Germany on Dec. 6 made public a joint statement denouncing Park Geun Hye, troublemaker and bete noire of history, and strongly urging her to step down. The statement said the whole of south Korea is shaking with its people's anger at her, adding: Crowds of 1.7 million candlelight holders on Dec. 3 encircled Chongwadae and 2.32 million people turned out in an all-people resistance across south Korea. Park should properly understand how tremendous the strength of the people is and how bitter their anger is. |
