In the last days of his life, Kim Jong Il put his autograph to a document on supplying fish to Pyongyang citizens.

Regarding it as his lifelong mission to fulfill the desire of Kim Jong Il, supreme leader Kim Jong Un has worked heart and soul to improve the work of the fisheries. He visited different fishing stations to usher in a new history of golden sea, saying that Kim Jong Il was deeply concerned for the issue of supplying fish to the people till the last moments of his life.

Kim Jong Un saw to it that an annual meeting of officials and fishermen of fishery stations run by the Korean People's Army has been convened to congratulate them on their labor feats and give them official commendations, and thus encourage them to make bigger fish hauls.

Under his energetic leadership, the rich fish harvest has been gathered and its socialist flavour brought pleasure on servicepersons and people in the DPRK.
