In the message Alberto Anaya Gutierrez extended the highest tribute on behalf of all the members of the Workers' Party of Mexico and on his own behalf to Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, on the fifth anniversary of his demise.

Being convinced that Kim Jong Il's idea of the Songun revolution and exploits would shine for all ages thanks to Kim Jong Un, faithful heir to the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, he expressed full support and firm solidarity with the just cause of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people.

The message heartily wished Kim Jong Un greater successes in his responsible work.
