Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- The statement issued by a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK to disclose the illegality of the UNSC's "sanctions resolution" pulling up the DPRK over its nuclear warhead explosion test for self-defence was distributed as an official document of the UN General Assembly and the UNSC A/71/649-S/2016/1023 on Tuesday.
