Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- A delegation of Koreans in Japan led by O Hyong Jin, permanent adviser to the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, arrived here Thursday to attend the memorial service for leader Kim Jong Il on the fifth anniversary of his demise.
