Kimjongilia and magnolias in full bloom depicted on its lower part reflect the Korean army and people's ardent reverence for him as well as their strong will to hold him in high esteem as the sun of Juche Korea for all ages.

Another stamp shows Kim Jong Il among workers and officials, who indicated the orientation and ways for further developing the independent national economy, associated with the whole life of President Kim Il Sung, to meet the demands of the IT era, the era of knowledge-based economy.
