Floral Baskets to Statues of Great Leaders from Abroad

| Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- Foreign organizations and personages and overseas compatriots sent floral baskets to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill here to commemorate the 5th anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il. They are the Swiss Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Nagano Prefectural People's Council of Japan for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, the Miyagi Prefectural Japan-DPRK Friendship Association, the Japan-Korea Society for Scientific and Educational Interchange, Yuwen Middle School in Jilin of China, Kim Jong Il Class in (Gor King－Erdene) Institute of Teachers of Mongolia, Ibrahim Mantu, chairman of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association, Abudulah Adamu, a senator of Nigeria, the principal of Yuwen Middle School in Jilin, the family of Kim Chol, a Korean anti-Japanese revolutionary martyr in China, and Jong Il Sim, widow of DPRK Hero An Tong Su. The floral baskets were placed at the statues on Friday. |
