Present there were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, its vice-chairpersons, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, advisors and department directors of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, leading officials of organizations and enterprises of Chongryon, chairmen and officials of the Chongryon headquarters in Kanto region, compatriots of different social standings and students of Korean University and Korean high schools.

The participants watched a video of lecture "Great Guardian of the Country and Nation".

The lecture helped them look back on the devoted efforts of Kim Jong Il who led the arduous Songun revolution despite snow and rain with the steadfast faith and will to protect with arms the destiny of the country and the nation which President Kim Il Sung left in the last decade of the 20th century when the country faced the most grave situation.
