Best Footballers for 2016 Selected in DPRK

| Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) -- Some days ago, the DPRK Football Association made public the list of best footballers of the country for Juche 105(2016). They are Ri Myong Guk of the Pyongyang Sports Team, Ri Hae Yon of the April 25 Sports Team and Kim So Hyang of the Sobaeksu Sports Team. Ri Myong Guk played a great role for the DPRK teams to take the first place in the second-round preliminaries for the EAFF E-1 Football Championship 2017 to be qualified for the championship. And he was the best footballer for 2014 and 2015. Ri Hae Yon was awarded Silver Boot by scoring six goals in the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup and Kim So Hyang Silver Ball by scoring 4 goals in 2016 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. |
