DPRK Permanent Representative's Letter Distributed as Official Document of UN

| Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- A letter to the UN secretary general, sent by the DPRK permanent representative to the UN, was distributed as A/71/672-S/2016/1042, an official document of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council, on Dec. 17. The letter demanded the clarification of the legal ground for the UNSC to adopt "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK. |
