Nigerian Body Blasts U.S. Strategy toward DPRK

Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism on Dec. 9 posted on its website an article condemning the U.S. strategy towards the DPRK. The article said that the U.S. is still seized by a daydream that the DPRK might collapse in the face of the former's nuclear threat and blackmail, persistent human rights racket and sanctions. It went on: In the past days, the Japanese imperialists ruthlessly sucked everything out of Korea for more than four decades after turning it into a colony. There were only weeding hoes and sickles left in Korea. The U.S. inflicted three years of war on the DPRK, reducing it to ashes. But the DPRK didn't beg others for help. It built a country of the people with trust in their strength and by counting on them. The DPRK only believed in its own might even in that harsh period in which it had to tighten its belt in the face of the ever-growing sanctions, blockade and moves by the imperialists and riff-raffs. The DPRK succeeded in the first H-bomb test in Jan. 2016, demonstrating its formidable might and has taken such substantial countermeasures as a series of successes in the underwater test-fire of SLBM, test-fire of surface to surface medium- and long-range strategic rocket Hwasong-10 and nuclear warhead explosion test in a bid to staunchly smash the U.S. and other hostile forces' nuclear threat and sanctions racket. World media vied with each other to report that the U.S. rather helped the DPRK bolster up its nuclear force on a high level and the latter has had capabilities to actually attack the U.S. mainland, and it has no ways to escape from this. The U.S. strategy toward the DPRK is a total failure. |
