That is why China should have strategic nuclear force equal to that of the U.S. To bolster nuclear force is the foundation for China's developing of economy to the full and it is a contribution to world peace.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a commentary in this regard:

China seeks a way to counter the highly possible increase of threat by the U.S. with bolstering nuclear force.

Much more, it is too natural for the DPRK to bolster the nuclear deterrence as it has always been exposed to the U.S. threat.

The U.S. nuclear threat and blackmail to the DPRK, a country of small territory and population, is enormously incomparable with what neighboring powers have been exposed.

The U.S. has threatened the DPRK for more than half a century and run amuck to pressurize it while imposing sanctions upon it to check the development of its self-reliant economy and turn it into a colonial slave.

The social system in the DPRK is different from that of the U.S. and the service personnel and people of the DPRK are not yielding to the U.S. pressure. This cannot be the reason for them to face nuclear threats, sanctions and pressure.

Very just is the DPRK's bolstering nuclear deterrence.

The foundation for the DPRK's development and prosperity and guarantee for peace on the Korean peninsula lie in bolstering its nuclear deterrence. Nobody can dare deny this just theory.
