Foreign Women Tour Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Silk Mill

Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Women of foreign embassies and missions of international organizations here visited the Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Silk Mill Wednesday on the occasion of the 99th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese war hero. They laid a floral basket and bouquets at the mosaics depicting the images of President Kim Il Sung among reeling workers and leader Kim Jong Il giving field guidance to the Mill and paid tribute to them. They also placed bunches of flowers at a mosaic depicting the image of Kim Jong Suk among workers and paid tribute to her. Being briefed on the history of the Mill which turned into a modern base for producing silk thread, the visitors went round its different parts, including the room for education in the revolutionary history, the room dedicated to the history of the Mill and the silk reeling workshop. |
