The reporters and speakers said that Kim Jong Un set it as the supreme programme of army building to model the entire army on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and had worked heart and soul strengthen the KPA into the invincible army devotedly defending the leader and the party.

They noted that under his leadership, the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK have developed into an invincible revolutionary Paektusan army which is possessed of the ever-victorious Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il strategy and tactics, heroic fighting spirit and perfect actual war capacity and which is fully ready to reliably defend the security of the country and the people's happiness.

They stressed that Kim Jong Un wisely led the KPA to stand in the van of struggle for the prosperity of the country and the people's happiness and thus bring about the golden days in construction and a new history of great fish hauls and work miracles on the front of the recovery campaign in the flood-hit areas of North Hamgyong Province.

They vowed to carry forward to completion the revolutionary cause of Juche, the cause of the Songun revolution started in Mt. Paektu, with the might of the army-people great unity, rallied closer around Kim Jong Un.
