This year the DPRK put forward realistic proposals and spared no efforts to realize them, prompted by the noble will to weather the serious crisis facing the destiny of the nation and lying in the way of national reunification.

However, the Park group described the fair proposals of the DPRK for improving the ties as "camouflaged peace offensive" and "dialogue without sincerity", turning down its offers. They went the lengths of rejecting the DPRK-proposed talks between military authorities of the north and the south for averting the military conflict and easing the tension on the Korean peninsula, as one aimed at "creating discord in the south" and "making a crack in the international sanctions on the north".

Encouraged by the positive measures of the DPRK, NGO personages of south Korea contacted with representatives of the DPRK overseas to significantly mark the 16th anniversary of the June 15 joint declaration and the 71st anniversary of the liberation of the country and discussed events common to the nation. But the puppet regime incriminated those actions and brutally suppressed them.

The reckless anti-DPRK provocations of the confrontation maniacs pushed the inter-Korean ties to the lowest ebb in history.

Their confrontation policy has gone totally bust and the Park group is fated to meet a miserable doom.

The group of traitors will have to pay dearly for all thrice-cursed crimes.
